Getting your order to you

Order processing
Once you’ve ordered, we get to work. Most orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Made-to-order items — such as apparel, drinkware and wall art — are produced and dispatched in 2–5 working days. Digital products don’t need shipping at all: your download links arrive by email the moment payment clears.
Delivery times & costs
- • We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
- • Standard tracked delivery is £4.99, express is £8.99, and delivery is free on orders over £40.
- • Every product page shows a live estimated delivery date range — for example, “Get it Tue 7 – Thu 9 Oct” — calculated from that item’s real lead time and updated automatically.
- • Estimates are working-day based (we skip weekends) and are a guide rather than a guarantee.
Tracking your order
The moment your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If you created an account at checkout, you’ll also find your orders and their status in your account.
If your delivery is delayed
Couriers occasionally run behind, especially around busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within a few days of the estimated date, please email hello@everypawsupply.co.uk with your order number. A real, UK-based person will track it down and keep you updated until it’s sorted — and if a parcel is genuinely lost, we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

Not yet — we currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Estimated dates are a guide and couriers occasionally run late. If your order hasn’t arrived within a few days of the estimate, email hello@everypawsupply.co.uk with your order number and a real person will chase it for you.
